Spring Blossoms

This tea is grown in the Li-Shan region in central Taiwan, at an altitude of 2,500 meters or higher. Tea leaves grown at such an altitude can become saturated with fruit pectin within a few hours of sunlight exposure. Once processed, the fruit pectin in the brewed tea induces a smooth, silky texture, and carries a light floral aroma with hints of green apple fragrance that complement its bright refreshing taste.

Only small quantities can be produced each season, therefore making it extremely precious to be included in our annual reserve series.
